Hawaii Declaration for Peaceful Relations with Extraterrestrial Civilizations
The Extraterrestrial Civilizations & World Peace conference will produce a 'Hawaii Declaration' that comprises key principles and an 'action plan', for promoting peaceful relations and communications with extraterrestrial civilizations. This will incorporate ideas, principles and strategies from a number of ongoing initiatives involving conference speakers that you can support. Many involve petitions that you can sign online. Furthermore, you can assist in the development of a 'Hawaii Declaration'. You can make suggestions for key principles to be included in the Hawaii Declaration that will be circulated before the conference to participants on a final conference panel who will develop the "Action Plan" component of the Declaration.
